The Great Saltpetre Preserve is managed and maintained by a committee of members from the Greater Cincinnati Grotto, the Blue Grass Grotto, the Dayton Underground Grotto, and the Central Ohio Grotto.

The Great Saltpetre Preserve committee meets monthly.  All meetings are open to the Grottos' members and are normally accessible on-line.
